Washington Tremlett, founded in Paris in 1870, was the foremost shirtmaking company in Europe and the New World for over 60 years. Afterwards an establishment in London's Savile Row was founded, which later became the main shop. Sam Godwyn was a famous customer, like Katherine Hepburn, the Onassis and Lirvanos Families, Rex Harrison and Wilfred Hyde-Withe.
